It celebrates the sensory and emotional experiences that make life vibrant and joyful. Enjoying a delicious meal, nurturing relationships, or pursuing hobbies reflects Kama. However, it must be aligned with Dharm, ensuring indulgence doesn’t harm others or ourselves.

Moksha: Moksha means Liberation. The ultimate goal, Moksha, is freedom from the cycle of birth and death. It involves self-realization, shedding ego, and uniting with the universal consciousness.
